Peach Fizz Mocktail (with Cocktail Option)

This refreshing peach mocktail has a fizzy finish that’s delicious for family gatherings or summer parties. Since it’s made without alcohol you can serve it to the kids, but there’s always the option to make it a cocktail too!

When you’re looking for a simple fruity drink the whole family can enjoy, this peach fizz is just the thing. It’s got two kinds of juice plus effervescence from carbonated ginger ale.

It has a lovely golden-orange color so it would be a great signature drink for a baby shower or kids birthday party. And the peach flavor is perfect for a peach theme garden party or for a ladies luncheon.

Helpful Tips

I’ve included the option to turn this into a cocktail by adding dry sparkling wine instead of the ginger ale. That creates more of a mimosa-style drink.

The recipe makes enough for four 6-ounce servings. You can easily double or triple the recipe for larger gatherings.

Mix everything together in a serving pitcher and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

The recipe calls for peach nectar or juice; note that nectar is typically sweeter than juice. And you can substitute the white grape juice with white cranberry juice.

If you want to tame the level of sweetness use sparkling mineral water instead of, or in addition to, ginger ale.

PARTY TIP: Serve over decorative ice. Use silicone trays in shapes like flowers, stars, circles, and even diamonds. Use juice in some to make colorful and ice that won’t dilute your drink as it melts. Add small berries to some for an unexpected surprise. Blueberries, cranberries, and raspberries work well here.

This drink is light, refreshing, and looks great garnished with fresh blueberries as they contrast in color. For more peachy flavored drinks check out my non-alcohol pomegranate peach lemonade.

For boozy options, make this peach party punch or white wine peach sangria for a crowd. Or mix up single serving sparkling peach margarita and peach mint julep.
