Nothing completes your Christmas entertaining like a color-coordinated cocktail with seasonal flavors. I created this red drink using a bottle of Effen Vodka that was sent to me to sample, cranberry juice {of course}, plus the addition of something bubbly! The mixture makes a pretty pale red cocktail that I like to call “Rudolph’s Shiny Red Cocktail” for the occasion.
The taste is a little sweet and a little tart, and goes down smooth. Garnish with fresh cranberries threaded on to a pick, or freeze some in ice cubes. This is a great signature drink to serve for Christmas…
Rudolph’s Shiny Red Cocktail
3 oz Vodka
1/2 cup Cranberry Juice
1/2 cup Sparkling White Grape Juice
Fresh cranberries for garnish.
Combine ingredients over ice, and garnish with several fresh cranberries threaded onto a pick.
