Pomegranate Sparkling Martini
Shake up this pomegranate martini and top it with prosecco for a sparkling cocktail that’s perfect for ladies night in, cocktail parties, or holidays. This is a delicious combination of flavors and the red color is perfect for a signature cocktail for a party.
Pomegranate Martini Recipe
You guys, this pomegranate martini I created is SO good! I used PAMA pomegranate flavored liqueur for this one and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. It’s the perfect signature cocktail to serve at your summer party!
The ruby red color makes this drink so pretty. The flavor is a combination of sweet & tart from the pomegranate liqueur, plus a touch of orange liqueur. And because everything’s better with the bubbly, I topped it off with sparkling wine.

Great Cocktail for a Party
I love the idea of creating a red and white party for the summer and this drink would be a terrific coordinating cocktail to serve. You could also mix it up for Valentine’s day, Christmas, and of course the 4th of July.
If you want to lighten the “kick” you can top it off with ginger ale instead of the bubbly. We are all about options around here!
When serving drinks that have a bit of sweetness to them I like to balance the flavor with something salty and savory. These beef & blue party sandwiches would be a delicious complement, or these ham & Parmesan canapes.
What would your ideal summer party look like?
