Roast Beef Party Sandwiches w/Chili-Lime Mayo
These roast beef party sandwiches with chili lime mayo are perfect for game day parties. I teamed up with La Brea Bakery to bring you these delicious bites. Get the recipe here.
When it’s a game day party you know you need hearty food to serve! These roast beef party sandwiches are just the thing to sustain your hungry crowd, and I made them with La Brea Bakery rolls.
This is something you can prepare before the party and leave it at room temperature for the duration {if they last that long}. You will, however, want to make the chili lime mayo ahead so the flavors have time to fully blend. The mayonnaise is spicy and adds a terrific zing to the other sandwich ingredients.

Roast Beef Party Sandwiches with Chili Lime Mayo
I used the Le Brea Bakery Take & Bake Telera rolls for these sandwiches, which are sized just right so you can cut it in half and get two sandwiches from it.
Chili Lime Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Sandwiches
- La Brea Bakery Telera rolls
- Thin sliced roast beef from the deli
- bacon, cooked crisp
- ripe avocado, sliced
- lettuce
- red onion thinly sliced
For mayo spread, combine all ingredients together in a small bowl; cover and refrigerate for several hours or over night.
Prepare rolls according to package directions. Cut rolls in half lengthwise. Spread bottom half with chili lime mayonnaise and top with lettuce, roast beef, bacon, avocado slices, and onion slices.
Top with other half of bread and cut each sandwich in half to form 2 sandwiches. Top with a pick to hold party sandwiches together to serve.
Check out another delicious sandwich for your game day party; these turkey melt sandwiches are a terrific alternative to the beef ones.
cheers!
