This Spiced Apple Pie Cocktail is sensational! The flavors are sweet, spicy, and taste like dessert in a glass! Get the recipe below.
Who’s ready for a weekend cocktail? I’m always up for trying something new and if you are too, I think you should definitely try this one. This spiced apple pie cocktail is another recipe for which I’ve recently updated the photos. And I’m so glad I did – I had forgotten just how delicious this was!
I had originally included this along with my caramel appletini for a duo of autumn/winter cocktails. If I had to choose I think this one might be my favorite with the vanilla vodka and cinnamon spice added. Also, this one isn’t overly sweet as it gets balanced by the addition of the lime juice. It’s the perfect drink to offer guests when they arrive through the door, or to sit by the fire with your favorite book, friend, or tv show (hello, Real Housewives!).
TIP: Freeze some apple cider in ice trays to keep your drink chilled. As it melts, it wont dilute your cocktail.
I’ve really been digging the apple flavor in cocktails lately. Case in point, this spiced apple sangria, and this apple pie cocktail pitcher drink. It’s just so good this time of year! A light salty snack always goes best with a slightly sweet drink too, like these quick & easy cheese appetizers bites or cheddar cheese crisps. This would also make a great signature drink for an apple themed party.
