Iced Coffee & Cream Recipe

iced coffee and cream with #IScream4ID

Don’t you just love those iced coffee drinks you pay a lot of money for at the fancy shops? Well, I’ve created my own version at home with the help of International Delight and their new Coldstone Creamery flavor line, and it is delicious!

I made this Iced Coffee & Cream with only 3 ingredients: ice cream, ID creamer, and coffee. It’s refreshing and was just what I needed on a hot afternoon as a little pick-me-up. It’s sort of the cold version of my morning coffee! Here’s the recipe…

Iced Coffee and Cream

  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup brewed coffee – chilled
  • 1/2 cup International Delight Coldstone Creamery – Founder’s Favorite flavor
  • 2 Tablespoons instant coffee granules

Combine all ingredients in a blender until well mixed and liquid. Pour over ice and top with whipped cream if desired.

Makes 2 servings.

What better way to use Coldstone Creamery flavored creamer than with a little ice cream, right?! Give this one a try, but don’t let the kids get into it unless you use decaf coffee. Make it now or PIN it for later!
