
If you’re like me, casseroles always show up on the table at holiday gatherings and pot lucks. This broccoli casserole recipe is always a favorite side dish to serve and is great alternative to the traditional green bean casserole. This dish is so tasty you may even get the kids to eat their veggies!
Broccoli Casserole
2 (10 oz) boxed frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 eggs beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp dried onion
1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup(or more) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
large can of French’s fried onions
Combine first 6 ingredients together. Mix in about 3/4 of the can of fried onions. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and cook 5 more minutes.
