Olive Tapenade Flatbread Appetizer

This olive tapenade flatbread is a delicious appetizer inspired by the trend in restaurants. Thin crispy crust, pantry ingredients, and goat cheese make this a delightful dish.

I love those thin flatbread appetizers you can order at restaurants, and using those as a base for toppings makes a great snack for happy hour at home. This recipe uses just 3 ingredients for toppings, but they are all bold flavors.

The combination of salty olives plus sweet red peppers is complemented by tangy goat cheese. You can add this combo to your next pizza party too; just add it to a larger crust.

The rectangular shape of this flatbread makes it very similar to what you would find on a menu, and the size and shape make it easy to cut into small triangles that guests can pick up and eat with their hands.

Add a protein and a salad and this can become a quick meal for the family.
