When you’re decorating for a birthday party, graduation, baby shower, or bridal party, it’s customary to draw attention to the guest of honor by adorning his/her chair with some extra treatment. This balloon project does just that, but with the added touch of a mini banner embellishment. These mini banners are readily available nowadays, in craft stores and party sections, and they add such a cute touch to the balloon.

• Balloon Time helium tank
• jumbo balloon
• mini banner
• clear tape
• ribbon or string

Blow up and tie off the balloon. Add string or ribbon and tie on to the chair or other area you want to accent

Use a small piece of clear tape to attach the mini banner to the balloon on the back side, draping it for effect.

It’s that easy!
