Whiskey, Cranberry & Cinnamon Schnapps Cocktail
A delicious whiskey and cranberry cocktail with cinnamon schnapps and pineapple juice, that’s perfect for sipping with friends. It’s a little sweet, a little sour, and the warming spice of cinnamon makes the flavor profile excellent for fall gatherings and holiday.

Today’s cocktail recipe is full of flavor, and it’s ideal for sipping on at happy hour, pre-dinner aperitifs, or on cool nights by the fire.
The taste combines the tartness of cranberry with the sweetness of pineapple, and finishes with a refreshing cinnamon burst – sort of like a Red Hot candy!
Whiskey or bourbon gives this drink a deep caramel flavor, and depending on the brand you use, can completely change the taste of the drink. It’s refreshing and makes a great fall cocktail to pair with salty snacks and appetizers.

Helpful Tips
Substitution – Looking for something stronger, or can’t seem to find cinnamon schnapps where you are? An easy substitution to solve both problems is Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. It packs more of a boozy punch, and is pretty accessible in most liquor stores! Just us it in place of the whiskey and eliminate the schnapps.
Garnish – Feel free to add frozen cranberries, a cinnamon-sugar rim, or whole cinnamon stick to garnish.
Make A Pitcher
Serve a pre-mixed batch for about 10 servings by mixing:
2 cups whiskey
1 ¼ cups cranberry juice
1 ¼ cups pineapple juice
5 ounces cinnamon schnapps
