As much as I love champagne I think it’s even better when mixed with a bit of liqueur and a mixer that’s slightly sweet and fruity. Champagne Cocktail

1 Tablespoon Strawberry Syrup – like what you put on ice cream
1 Tablespoon Amaretto liqueur
Dry Champagne

Pour 1 tablespoon of Raspberry syrup into a fluted glass. Pour in 1 tablespoon Amaretto and fill with champagne. Stir a bit to dissolve the syrup if needed.
