This is the best pineapple martini recipe for sipping, sharing and serving as a signature cocktail at parties! It has 2 types of alcohol, pineapple juice, and citrus to make a drink that tastes complex but is actually easy to make. Trust me, you’re going to love it!
A pineapple vodka martini is popular and refreshing, and my recipe is truly special! It’s made with vanilla vodka and Midori, and tastes similar to melon flavored candy like Now and Laters!

Ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need in order to make these delicious cocktails.
- 100% pineapple juice
- Vanilla vodka
- Melon flavored liqueur such as Midori or DeKuyper.
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice.
- Fresh squeezed lime juice.
- Simple syrup, honey, or maple syrup. I like classic simple syrup but it’s your choice, they’re all great!
- Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge, lemon or lime slice.
TIP: Use my favorite citrus juicer tool to extract the juice from lemons and limes easily.
How to Make a Pineapple Martini Cocktail
- Place all the ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake for 5 to 10 seconds.
- Use a strainer to pour into traditional martini glasses or vintage style coupe glasses.
Variations
- For a tropical twist substitute the melon liqueur with coconut rum.
- Use regular vodka instead of vanilla vodka.
- Add a splash of grenadine instead of Midori for a pineapple upside down cocktail.
- Add a hint of spice with jalapeno slices muddled into the glass.
- Try it with another juice in place of the pineapple. Mango or passion fruit would be good.
