Passion Fruit-Lemonade Cocktail

Just because it’s the end of summer doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a fruit flavored cocktail. In fact this drink is so lightly flavored that it’s refreshing any time. I mixed this up using only 2 ingredients – doesn’t get any easier than that!

Cruzan sent me a bottle of their Passion Fruit Rum a few months ago, so I mixed it with lemonade and it’s the right balance of mildly sweet and subtle fruit flavors. It would be great to serve as a signature drink for showers & birthdays, as well as a casual gathering or tailgating.

Passion Fruit Lemonade Cocktail

• 1.5 oz Passion Fruit Rum
• 3 oz Lemonade {I used Country Time}

Pour over ice and enjoy!
