Fringe Fashion for Fall

Fringe fashion picks:

Fashion Friday - Fringe fashion details are on trend this fall.

We may be mad for plaid this season, but I’m also a fringe fanatic! Fringe fashion details were big in Spring ’15 fashion collections but they’re really gaining traction now, with the masses. I’ve always loved a little fringe detail in small doses like a purse or a leather cuff, but now is the time to be bold and add it in even bigger ways.

We’re not talking cowboy style, but something much more chic. A little fringe on a vest is hot right now, as is an edged trim on a coat or a sweater or poncho.

You can also go bold with a fringe skirt and you’ll be right on trend. The key is to wear it with a sleek, simple top so as not to compete with the movement of the fringe. Finish the look with ankle booties for a fun night out on the town, or as the hostess with the mostess.

Fashion Friday - Fringe fashion accessories add drama to your outfit this fall.

Not sure you want to go all out with the fringe? Try it on accessories instead. A little goes a long way when you accent with a fringe belt, purse, or shoes.

I’m crazy about the fringe belt (above left). It adds such a unique touch to a simple outfit. For a more subtle look try one with just a little fringe hanging down at the end (above right).

I’ve already added 3 fringe purses to my wardrobe. Okay, so I already had one small clutch in the closet, but I added another one before I went to BASH this year, and just bought a larger bag for the Fall. It’s the perfect accessory that anyone can pull off.

The next best thing to purses is shoes, or booties. Like most girls, I’m shoe obsessed. I’d love to add one or two of these fringed shoes to my wardrobe. Wear them with skinny jeans, leggings, or a skirt and let those feet do the talking!

Shop these items here.

You can also find fringe-chain jewelry right now. I just added a pair of earrings to my jewelry box and can’t wait to wear them. A wrist cuff or long necklace would also look terrific. Some of my favorite stores to shop for inexpensive trendy jewelry are Steinmart, Forever 21, Burlington Coat Factory, and even Target.

Get on the fringe bandwagon and add some movement to your Fall wardrobe!

The most important thing about parties & entertaining is the guest list! Next, it should be delicious, beautiful, unique, and fun. Calling on my years of experience, I’ll show you how to pull it all together with style. Cheers!
