Goat Cheese & Pesto Bites
- Town House flatbread crackers
- Goat cheese, softened at room temperature
- prepared pesto, drain off excess oil
- cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
Line up as many flatbread crackers as you want to serve and create these appetizers in assembly-line fashion.
Spread each one with the goat cheese, then add a small dollop of pesto, and top with a slice of tomato.
