Baked artichoke dip
- 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
- 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder {NOT garlic salt}
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Finely chop the artichoke hearts – I use my mini food processor for this.
Cook frozen spinach according to package directions. Once cool enough to handle, squeeze out excess water.
Combine all ingredients together and transfer to a small baking dish.
Cook for about 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
Serve with Town House pita crackers.
