Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Recipes
Growing up in the South on farm land we had the BEST produce to eat fresh from the garden. Some of my favorites in the summer were tomatoes, corn, cucumbers, and even squash.
I decided to put together a group of recipes that’s inspired by my childhood memories of fresh fruit and vegetables. I gathered recipes that incorporate peaches, watermelon, berries, tomatoes, corn, etc.
I’ve included side dishes, salsas, and desserts and I hope you’ll give some of them a try this summer while the produce is at its freshest and most flavorful.
Just visit each post for the recipe that looks good to you. Let me know what YOUR favorite summer produce is too!
