Thanksgiving Cookies (Pilgrim Hats)
Hat Cookies are not just for Witches. These fabulous Pilgrim hat cookies are so perfect for Thanksgiving and there is no cooking involved! All you need to do is assemble 3 simple ingredients.
Add them to a Thanksgiving kids table or make them for school parties.
Ingredients
- Chocolate wafer cookies
- Mini Peanut Butter Cups
- Orange frosting
How to Make Them
- Spread a small dollop of frosting on the top side of the peanut butter cup and attach it to the wafer cookie.
- Use a small tip and decorator bag to pipe more frosting around the base of the peanut butter cup to create a “buckle.”
- Make as many as you need and display on a platter or tray.
