This cranberry bourbon cocktail is a delicious addition to any happy hour or home entertaining. Get the recipe here.
I can’t believe it’s almost August…which means it’s almost Fall…which means it’s almost the holidays…What?! Well here’s a simple drink recipe that’s perfect for now, and especially for holiday season. It’s a cranberry bourbon cocktail and it’s quite tasty!
I think bourbon is one of those spirits that typically appeals more to men than women, however I’m one of those women who loves a bourbon drink; bourbon and ginger ale to be exact. This cocktail takes that combo a step further with the addition of cranberry juice. The cranberry adds a tartness and cuts the sweetness. This drink tastes great alongside a salty snack.
Add frozen cranberries to the drink for a pretty garnish and to help chill it without diluting it. If you’re hosting a guys night or celebrating your man’s birthday, this would make a terrific signature cocktail for the night.

If you love bourbon like I do, try this bourbon ginger lemonade for a refreshing summer drink, or make my citrus bourbon punch when you’re entertaining a crowd. We sometimes serve this punch at our Christmas party and it’s always a hit!
