5 Ways To Dress Up Champagne

celebrate with champagne

There’s nothing more festive or celebratory than champagne, and I’ve pulled together 5 examples of how you can serve it in style for New Years Eve. Most of the ideas are for mini bottles because I just think they lend themselves so well to great party style. If you order them in bulk {like a case of 12 or 24} you can usually get a discount, so ask your wine distributor {or grocery store manager}.

dressed up mini champagne bottles

  • Dress up mini bottles with a fabric topper, a printed “cheers” label, and tie on a straw, for a sophisticated soiree. {see this winter party design here}

mini champagne bottles in mini ice buckets

  • For a different look, top the bottles with colorful foil paper, tie on a straw with a printed flag, and place them in their own mini ice bucket. A tiny clock/watch magnet dresses up each pail to bring in the theme of the countdown. {see this family-friendly party here}

mini champagne bottles with hang tags

  • Mini buckets can usually be found in the $1 aisle of Target and can easily be spray painted in your color of choice. Hang a party circle around the neck, with the word “celebrate” printed on. {see this black & white party here}

mini champagne bottles with hanging card

  • Another cute hang tag idea: print out cards with a countdown graphic, and punch out a circle at the top to hang it around the bottle’s neck. {download this tag FREE here}

champagne served over cotton candy

  • If you really want to use regular size bottles, dress it up with a bottle “necklace” and pour it over cotton candy. The sugary candy adds just a touch of sweetness to a Brut champagne. {see this cocktail party here}

Which idea is your favorite? Cheers!
