For the Love of Chocolate :: Gifts & Treats

We’re all girls here, right {maybe 5 guys out there reading}? Who doesn’t love chocolate?!! Well, here are 4 delicious ways to get your chocolate fix and you don’t even have to drag out the mixer or warm up the oven.

Some recent chocolate goodies I’ve had the pleasure of sampling are:

Chocomize candy bars – These are some serious treats for anyone who has a taste for a good mash-up chocolate bar like I do. I got to try the s’mores bar which consists of premium chocolate {not the drugstore stuff}, mini marshmallows, and little teddy graham bears. It’s delicious and it can even be customized with a logo if your hosting an event or promoting your business.  Other candy bar flavors include a combo of dark chocolate, pretzels, coffee beans, and pop rocks…yes, pop rocks! There’s also a cookie bar that has white chocolate, cookie dough pieces, and Oreo bits. You NEED to check these out for yourself and see all the combinations. They would make great gifts for any occasion.

Maggie Louise Confections – Speaking of great gifts, this “chocolate charm” collection is as beautiful as it is delectable! It’s a very girly boxed set and would be wonderful for bridesmaids, birthdays, mother’s day, or Valentine’s day. They’re almost too pretty to eat but I think you’ll be able to manage.

Cakeballz – I enjoy a homemade cake ball as much as anyone, but I don’t like the mess involved with making them. Ordering them is an option but many times I put things together last minute and it’s too late to have them custom made. Enter these Cakeballz that are available in 3 flavors – chocolate, birthday cake, and red velvet. They taste good and make a cute party presentation. The chocolate ones were nice and rich and reminded me of brownie balls {my fave}. The birthday cake flavor was very moist {my daughter’s fave}, and the red velvet was classic too {my son’s fave}.

Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur – Godiva brand chocolate liqueur has been around for a long time, and now they finally have a dark chocolate variety. I’m thrilled because it’s my favorite chocolate over milk and white. Mix it into your favorite recipe that calls for the regular chocolate liqueur, mix it with milk or half & half for an “adult chocolate milk”, or pour it into chocolate cups and top with whipped cream for an after dinner shot of sweetness.

With all this chocolate indulgence, which one would you love to try first?
