Mini Cheesecakes

A couple of days ago I talked about different ways to serve prepared cheesecake with STYLE {see my cheesecake pops here}. The example I have today is again, very simple, but it can be used for luncheons, showers, or dinner parties as an unexpected touch.

All I did here was pour no-bake cheesecake filling into mini pie shells for individual servings. Everyone serves one large cheesecake, but you’ll be remembered for your attention to detail and a unique twist on a classic when you do this instead!
