“Bicycle Built For Two” Bridal Shower {Guest Feature}

Don’t you love interesting themes for bridal showers! There are so many ways to incorporate the ‘couple’ aspect, and this “Bicycle Built For 2″ bridal shower is a cute idea. This shower was designed by Sneha of Party Pretty Design and could easily be re-created for your own event. With a lovely mix of patterns, and a modern color scheme of turquoise and brown, the addition of small bikes, and bike themed printables set a beautiful brunch table.

Ideas to take away:

  • Sneha began by designing paper goods using MyGrifico digital art. The signs reinforce the theme while staying budget friendly.
  • A great mix of patterns incorporates both traditional damask and a modern graphic making the table more interesting. Use fabric and paper to create table runners, and vase wraps.
  • A few decorative bikes on the table make a fabulous addition to the centerpiece. I’ve seen some like these at Hobby Lobby.
  • Small jars are filled with Peach Passion tea bags and tied off with a honey spoon. These favors are symbolic in 2 ways: the peach “passion” is a play on the love/marriage theme, while the “peach” color is added into the decor as an accent.

It’s nice to get back to basic design principals sometimes, and I think this shower shows how easy it is to create a pretty party using pattern, color, and a few strategically placed details. Cheers!

    I love the bicycles! i am trying to find similar ones for centerpieces for a friend. Any suggestions? Hobby Lobby doesn’t have those.
