Sweet “Love Birds” Valentine Brunch {Guest Feature}

We usually think of celebrating Valentine’s Day over a lovely dinner, but Andressa of Twinkle Twinkle Little Party thought it would be nice to create a Valentine’s brunch. I love that idea and think it would be so sweet to surprise your husband or family with a special set-up like this on February 14th, before everyone heads off to work and school.

This is a simple but stylish display that offers muffins, donuts, yogurt parfaits, and fruit, along with milk, coffee, and water. There’s also a “love birds” component to the decor and could easily translate to a bridal shower brunch.

Andressa and her husband hosted this brunch for some friends, and while he worked his magic in the kitchen preparing hearty savory dishes, she set up this sweet table {or continental-style breakfast}. These items were purchase from the grocer and dressed up with printables she designed.

At the end of the gathering guests took home bakery boxes filled with jars of cinnamon raisin granola, candies, and a cute heart ornament from IKEA.

This is a fine example of designing a party on a budget and taking things from simple to fabulous with a few ‘tricks of the trade.’ We love that!
