I received a sweet email from Nina of Designs by Nina, the other day, who lives in Spain and recently got married. She wanted to create a simple “American style” party with a sweets table inspired by Amy Atlas. The idea developed into a lovely wedding picnic and was captured beautifully by her photographer husband, Javier Tomas. Nina made the cupcakes and cake herself, and did a lot of Etsy shopping as “this type of decoration is not so popular in Spain”. I think she did a fantastic job and am happy to share it with you.
I love the slightly vintage feel of this, and the fabric flower detail on the candy jars is gorgeous. This is certainly a romantic setting for a wedding picnic!

How beautiful. I just love the gauzy brown tablecloth. Now you have me reminiscing about Our Honeymoon in the Med (most of it was in Spain…and we absolutely loved it!)
She did such a lovely job with this dessert table! The little poms on the candy jars are my favorite part!
Thanks so much Chris for featuring my sweet table!
