Here’s a great idea for a table runner/food labeler from Yum Sugar. A runner that you can write on with chalk! You could also use black chalk cloth as a less expensive alternative (about $10 per yard). You can actually get a long runner by cutting 1 yard in half lengthwise, then laying the 2 pieces end to end.
Not only can you label buffet dishes, but also use under dinner plates and write guests names for place settings, and cover the kid’s table for them to draw on.
