Seriously, who makes paper streamers look this good?!! Martha of course! She turns the ordinary kid’s party stand-by streamer into an upscale modern design element fit for adults. These streamers are kicked up a notch with their intricate patterns and shapes, and when used en mass, they look Fabulous! Check out the sources below:
