Ever think your guests would rather skip over the salad and move right on to the “good” stuff? If you take a moment to present the salad bar like this, who wouldn’t want to indulge? The use of several square glass containers(vases) creates a great graphic design that’s very appetizing. This may be inspiration for a “Salad” party!     I clipped this article/photo from a Southern Living or Better Homes and Gardens article a couple of years ago. I could check my magazine files, but it's a great idea — I still love it! Ikea would be a great cheap place to get square glass containers like this.

    I remember seeing this image a little while ago and thought it was the most wonderfully original way to set up a salad bar. An absolute feast for the eyes (and the tummy!)
