Honey Chicken Salad Cups

These honey chicken salad cups are a wonderful bite sized appetizer that would be great for any occasion, especially for a tea party or ladies luncheon.  You can make the mixture ahead of time and then fill the cups just before company arrives.  Bon Appetit!

Honey Chicken Salad Cups

2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 celery ribs, diced
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup honey
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Packages frozen Filo Tartlet Shells
Combine all filling ingredients together and cover and chill for 2 or more hours. When ready to serve, fill each tartlet shell with filling.
