Cheesy Bacon Bread Appetizer

Here’s our cheesy bacon appetizer recipe from New Years eve.  It’ full of cheese & bacon – what’s not to love?!   It’s DELICIOUS!

Cheesy Bacon Bread Appetizer:

  • one loaf french baguette
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 7-8 oz. gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
    Instructions: Slice bread into 1/2 inch slices. Combine remaining ingredients and spread onto bread. Bake at 350 for about 7 minutes. Let cool slightly so as not to burn the roof of your mouth(like I did).
